New Orders:
Once you have paid for your new service it is put into a queue for creation. Normally, new services are created within a minute or so, and your product details email will be sent to you with your login details once completed.
Upgrades:
Most upgrades within the same type of service (e.g. starter web hosting to business web hosting) are nearly instant and do not incur any downtime.
